My principle

Not to give ready-made advice, but to help people find their own solutions.

I believe lasting change happens when a person starts to hear themselves more clearly: their feelings, boundaries, needs, and their own way of acting in real life.

  • gentle dialogue
  • evidence-based techniques
  • individual format
  • supervision support

Approach

What matters to me is accompanying and supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves: noticing emotions, needs, limits, and possible alternatives where before it felt like there was no way out.

What clients bring

What clients bring

Clients often say it becomes easier to understand themselves, notice their needs, and find solutions that truly fit them.

01

Relationship with yourself

  • Excessive self-criticism

When your inner critic makes it hard to rest, make mistakes, and support yourself.

  • Perfectionism

When “it has to be perfect” drains your energy and delays important steps.

  • Self-understanding and self-acceptance

When you want to see your reactions and desires more clearly and treat yourself more gently.

02

Emotions and inner states

  • Emotions and needs

When it is hard to name what you feel, what you want, and where your boundary lies.

  • Shame, guilt, fear

When these emotions create a sense of deadlock and block alternatives.

  • Feeling stuck

When it matters to see that a situation can have more than one scenario.

03

Relationships, conflict, and change

  • Ending relationships

When you need to move through a breakup, unfinished business, or emotional attachment.

  • Conflict and communication

When you want to understand yourself better in contact with others and find more flexible ways to respond.

  • Life changes

When you need to choose a direction, lean on yourself, and start moving toward a new state.

How we begin

Three calm steps to your first session.

You do not need to prepare or phrase your request perfectly. A short first message is enough — we will take the rest together.

  1. 01

    Write to me

Send a brief message through any channel that works for you. You can describe what matters right now in a few words, or simply write “I would like to book a session.”

  2. 02

    We choose format and time

I will reply and help you orient yourself, and we will find a convenient time for an online meeting.

  3. 03

    First online session

We meet online at a calm pace. Without pressure or expectations — we start where you feel comfortable.

Ready to take the first step? Write to me — I will reply personally.

Education and approach

I work systematically and with care

I do not present myself as an expert with many years of experience — and I believe honesty matters here. At the same time, my work rests on a solid professional grounding: academic training, more than 100 hours of practice, ongoing supervision, and a scientific approach to psychology and counseling. I am attentive, engaged, and gentle — and this is something people I work with often mention.

Content

I also create educational content: I explain psychological topics through life situations, research, TV series, and everyday observations.

Psychology in plain language

A few short videos so you can get a sense of my style of explanation and pace. Audio is in Russian; titles and descriptions below are in English.

Motivation

Why people may give up

How motivation fades, what “giving up” can mean, and how to notice your own limits without self-blame.

Pop culture

Human psychology in Squid Game

What the series reveals about trust, fear, group pressure, and choices under stress.

Child psychology

Baby talk with infants: why it helps

Why “parentese” supports bonding, attention, and early language development.
